Manuel Costescu is a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, waar hij co-heads het EMEA Innovation Economy team en fungeert als Global Fintech Champion. In deze rol adviseert hij de snelst groeiende fintech-, SaaS- en e-commerce bedrijven in de regio over een scala aan corporate en investment banking oplossingen.

Costescu begon zijn carrière als strategy consultant bij McKinsey & Company in New York en werkte eerder als banker bij J.P. Morgan waar hij Europese public sector clients begeleidde, voordat hij terugkeerde naar het bedrijf. Hij is een regelmatige spreker op branchebijeenkomsten over innovatie, fintech en digital finance.

Laurence Arnold is Global Head of Innovation at AXA Investment Managers, leading innovation strategy since 2019 including blockchain and tokenization efforts such as AXA IM's first stablecoin and blockchain-registered transactions with Société Générale. She holds a master's in Finance from Paris-Dauphine.

Michael O'Reilly is President of Fidelity Digital Assets since 2023, overseeing custody, execution, technology and client services for the institutional crypto platform. Previously COO of the division, he has spent 25+ years at Fidelity and has led its Bitcoin/Ether custody and Fidelity Digital Dollar (FIDD) stablecoin launch.
