Noé Giglio leads Strategic Partnerships and Private Events at The Big Whale, a market intelligence platform on digital assets founded in 2022 and headquartered in Paris. He is based in London and has been active in the digital assets sector since 2019, building expertise across onchain finance and investment strategies and a network spanning financial institutions, corporates, and digital asset companies across Europe.

Patrick Hansen is Director, EU Strategy & Policy at Circle, the financial technology firm behind the USDC and EURC stablecoins, where he leads engagement with European regulators and policymakers on frameworks such as MiCA. He is based in Berlin.

Before Circle, he was Head of Blockchain at the German digital industry association Bitkom from 2019 to 2021, and has also served as a crypto venture advisor. He holds a Master of Arts in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Public Policy and Economics from Sciences Po Aix and the University of Freiburg.
