Abhay Salitri

Abhay Salitri is Head – Global Partnerships Network Management Digital Asset Initiatives at Nium, a position he has held since January 2026. In this role, he focuses on global partnerships network management alongside digital asset initiatives. Prior to this appointment, he served as VP – Network Partnerships Expansion (APAC-MEA) Digital Payment Initiatives, with a stated focus on stablecoins, from May 2024 to January 2026, where he built supply-side capacity, capability, and competency through global bank and partner relationships. He also held the role of VP – Global Network Management Analytics from June 2023 to September 2024.

Salitri's earlier tenure at Nium included VP – India Business from March 2020 to March 2021, where he worked on INR outbound payments via the LRS scheme through a local AD-1 bank partner, local INR collections under the OPGSP scheme for aggregators, payment gateways, and OTAs, remittance-as-a-service integrations with UPI aggregators, and a productized global brokerage payment solution enabling B2B2C consumers to invest in US equities. He also served as VP – Client Implementation Solutioning from October 2019 to December 2020. Across these roles, his career spans over 20 years in fintech, banking, and telecom, with a focus on global expansion, digital payments, and financial services platforms. He is also a pre-Series A investor in Chupps, a Mumbai-based footwear company, since July 2022. He is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
