
Global Head of Digital Assets & Innovation Strategy
Aviad Stein is Head of Digital Asset Solutions at Broadridge Financial Solutions. In April 2025, Broadridge launched Broadridge Digital Assets Solutions, a suite of capabilities designed to help financial institutions scale digital asset strategies in compliance with global regulations, and Stein leads that business. A specific product under his remit is Broadridge ClearFi, launched in October 2024, which provides investors and advisers with on-chain and off-chain information about digital assets including cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, and DeFi products, serving broker-dealers, exchanges, and wallet providers. Prior to this role, he served as Global Head of Innovation at Broadridge, where he launched and scaled the Broadridge Data Insights Platform, the Broadridge Blockchain Center of Excellence, the Broadridge Digital Assets Network, and the Broadridge Innovation Lab. He also held the title of Head of Digital Experience Strategy within the Innovation Lab.
Before joining Broadridge, Stein held roles at Nordstrom, Bloomberg, Dun & Bradstreet, and Tumblr, where his work spanned product strategy, innovation lab formation, digital strategy, and customer experience. He holds an MBA from the University of Portland and a BS in Industrial Engineering and Management from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Chief Product and Digital Assets Officer
Germán Soto Sanchez is Chief Product and Digital Assets Officer at Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., where he oversees enterprise product management and leads the company's digital assets function. In this role, he is responsible for product architecture and operations, enterprise platforms, and innovation, as well as the enterprise-wide strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and execution of the firm's tokenization initiatives.
Soto Sanchez joined Broadridge in 2021 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy, where he was responsible for developing, evolving, and communicating Broadridge's vision and strategic plan, and leading its strategy, partnership, and growth-related activities. Prior to Broadridge, he served as President and a member of the Board of Directors at Cloud9 Technologies, LLC, a cloud-based communications and analytics platform for the trader voice industry, where he managed strategic partnerships, capital raising, investor relations, legal, and marketing. Before Cloud9, he was executive director and leader of JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s Corporate and Investment Bank FinTech Team, responsible for sourcing, structuring, executing, and monitoring strategic investments. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Certus Holdings, Inc., AIC Private Equity, McKinsey & Co. Inc., and Bain & Co. Inc. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Head of Product, Digital Lending and Alternative Assets
Todd Sudak is Head of Digital Lending and Alternative Assets at Broadridge, a position he has held since February 2025. In this role, he leads executive product responsibilities across Digital Lending — covering Securities Based Lending, Commercial and Margin — as well as Alternative Assets and Data Aggregation capabilities within Broadridge Wealth Management.
Sudak joined Broadridge in March 2022 as GM, Head of Product and Program Management for Rockall, a Securities Based Lending SaaS platform and Broadridge subsidiary acquired in 2019. In that position, he held responsibility for product management, engineering, and client implementation teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC, and was accountable for segment acquisition strategies, client retention, and the strategic product roadmap. Prior to Broadridge, he spent nearly four years at Morningstar as Global Head of Product Management for Enterprise Solutions, where he was responsible for Morningstar's Advisor Workstation and Enterprise Components platforms, covering product strategy, roadmap, revenue growth, and client retention for the firm's global advisor user base. Before that role, he served as Head of Product Management for the Morningstar Direct Platform from 2011 to 2018. He holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame and a bachelor's degree in industrial technology from Illinois State University.
