Aleksandra Mikhailina

Aleksandra Mikhailina is Vice President – Digital Assets Growth Strategy at RAKBANK, a position she assumed in September 2025. In this role, her stated mandate is building the Digital Assets business at RAKBANK and driving products and strategy at the edge of financial innovation. Prior to this, she served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy at RAKBANK from July 2023 to August 2025.

Before joining RAKBANK, Mikhailina spent over ten years at Sberbank in Moscow, where she held a series of progressively senior roles within Corporate Investment Banking. She served as Executive Director and Head of the Strategy Office from February 2019 to April 2023, preceded by the role of Project Director in Corporate Investment Banking Strategy from June 2016 to January 2019. Earlier at Sberbank, she led the Leadership Development Center and worked as a Project Manager. She also completed a short-term project assistant engagement at The Boston Consulting Group in St. Petersburg in 2011. She holds a degree from the University of Sussex.
