Alexander Felber is Founder CEO and Managing Partner at SFO Sports, a boutique advisory and investment platform operating at the intersection of professional sports, private capital, and family office expertise, based in Frankfurt am Main. Founded in July 2024, SFO Sports functions as a specialized unit of Smart Family Office and operates with a multi-family office approach focused on ownership, governance, and capital preservation. Felber's work at SFO Sports encompasses advising professional athletes on wealth structuring, governance, and post-career strategies; supporting clubs, agencies, and sports ventures on M&A, capital raising, and strategic development; structuring and sourcing direct investments across sports, technology, and private markets; and acting as a strategic advisor for founders, owners, and management teams. He concurrently holds the role of Managing Partner for Alternative Investments and Sports at Smart Family Office.

Felber's prior career includes roles at PwC in mergers and acquisitions and transaction services, followed by a position in corporate development, corporate finance, and restructuring at Ebner Stolz Management Consultants. He subsequently served as CEO of a PE-backed SaaS company, which resulted in a successful exit. He is also a co-founder of PetLEO GmbH and previously served as Chairman of the Board of Frankfurt School Alumni e.V. As an investor, he holds positions including Syndicate Lead in Apptronik and angel investor in FANtium, a sports investment platform. He completed a Master of Finance at Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and executive education in Venture Capital and Private Equity at Columbia Business School.
