Alexander Höptner

Simon Seiter is Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Product Officer at AllUnity, a Frankfurt-based regulated entity developing a MiCAR-compliant euro-denominated stablecoin. He joined the firm in April 2025 with an explicit mandate to align financial strategy and product development, positioning the stablecoin as a financial product for the broader economy. Seiter has described his core objective as building a foundational component for digital assets and extending the stablecoin value chain across the economy.

Prior to AllUnity, Seiter served as Head of Digital Assets at Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe from October 2021 to April 2025, where he built and expanded the private bank's digital assets division. Concurrently, he held the role of Supervisory Board Chairman at Hauck & Aufhäuser Innovative Capital GmbH, the first fully licensed crypto management company in Germany, and at Kapilendo Custodian AG, the second fully licensed crypto custodian in Germany, both from March 2022 to April 2025. He also served as a Supervisory Board member at K-Bonds AG from March 2019 to April 2025. Before Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe, he was Head of Digital Assets at Deutsche Börse from October 2019 to September 2021, where he applied distributed ledger technology to build new infrastructure for digital assets. His professional focus spans distributed ledger technology, platform economics, and capital markets, with total experience of approximately 14 years.
