Ana Elliott

Ana Elliott is Business Development Director at Prosegur Crypto, the digital assets division of Prosegur, a position she has held since October 2023 and is based in Madrid, Spain. In this role, she manages execution of the company's global sales strategy with a focus on acquiring new institutional clients and maintaining existing client relationships. She leads the process of obtaining regulatory licenses to operate in new jurisdictions, working with local legal teams, establishing corporate structures, and building operational teams. She also negotiates high-value contracts with institutional clients, establishes strategic partnerships and sponsorship agreements, and represents Prosegur Crypto as a speaker and panelist at international industry events.

Prior to joining Prosegur, Elliott worked as a freelance external consultant from September 2022, designing and executing growth strategies for clients in traditional finance, fintech, crypto, blockchain, and web3 sectors, and assisting organisations with regulatory challenges and digital transformation initiatives. Before that, she served as Commercial Director at Coinmotion from December 2020 to August 2022. Her professional background spans over 20 years across traditional finance, fintech, and digital assets, with subject matter focus including digital assets, crypto, tokenisation, MiCA regulation, institutional banking, and international expansion.
