Andrew Peel

Andrew Peel is Founder and CEO of TVL Capital, a Swiss financial infrastructure firm specialising in Chain Traded Products (CTPs) — institutional-grade structured products issued onchain. TVL Capital focuses on bridging traditional financial instruments with onchain infrastructure. Peel co-founded the firm in 2025 following seven years at Morgan Stanley, where he served as Head of Digital Asset Markets. He also holds a board seat as Independent Non-Executive Director at SIX Digital Exchange, the world's first fully regulated stock exchange and central securities depository for digital assets.

Peel has been active in digital assets since 2013, including seed investing in early-stage projects. Prior to founding TVL Capital, his career centred on trading, risk-managing structured derivatives, and building market-making businesses. He is a CFA charterholder with approximately 20 years of experience in global finance. TVL Capital also operates a consultancy arm, TVL Services, offering advisory across digital asset strategy, tokenisation and structuring, infrastructure, and governance to financial industry clients navigating onchain adoption.
