Artur Callau is Head of International Banking Portfolio and Venture Capital Management Control at CaixaBank, a position he has held since February 2014, based in Barcelona. His role sits within the Finance & Accounting function at the head level. In addition to his institutional responsibilities, he serves on the Investment Committee of zone2boost, on the Supervisory Board of ABE Capital Partners, and as a Board Member at both Bankia Fintech Venture S.A. and CAIXA EMPRENDEDOR XXI SA.

Alongside his industry roles, Callau holds two concurrent academic positions. He has been an Assistant Professor of Corporate Strategy at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya since September 2002, and since October 2021 has served as a Faculty Lecturer in Corporate Strategy and Entrepreneurial Finance at the University of Derby. His total professional experience spans over 20 years.
