Ashok Swaminathan

Ashok Swaminathan is Vice President – Head of Digital Assets at Shriram Finance Limited, a position he has held since April 2024. In this role, he manages the Super App and web properties for the company, which operates as India's largest retail NBFC.

Prior to joining Shriram Finance Limited directly, Swaminathan served as Head of Lending Transformation for Shriram Group at Novac Technology Solutions from May 2022 to May 2024, where he headed the digital transformation function for the group's lending products, building web and mobile application-based lending products, debt collection capabilities, and contact centre transformation through voice technology. Before that, he held a fintech and transformation role at TVS Credit Services Ltd. from January 2019 to May 2022. He has 20 years of total experience, with a background spanning digital transformation, fintech, product development, digital acquisition, and partner management.
