Ben Munos

Dylan Stigliano is Vice President, Business Lead (GM) Crypto at SoFi, a position he has held since June 2025. Based in New York, he leads the crypto business line within SoFi's general management structure. Prior to joining SoFi, he served as Global Head of Product and Strategy Operations at OKX from May 2024 to June 2025, where he worked across product and strategy functions at the crypto exchange. Before that, he held two successive roles at BlockFi: Vice President, Product and Strategy Operations from April 2021 to March 2023, followed by Senior Vice President, Product and Strategy Operations from March 2023 to May 2024. Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Associate in Broker Dealer Operations at Betterment from April 2017 to July 2018. He holds a degree from Villanova University and has over 12 years of experience across product, strategy, and operations roles, concentrated in financial services and digital assets.

Flori Gilroy is SVP, Business Unit Leader for Crypto at SoFi, a position she has held since June 2025. In this role she leads SoFi's crypto business unit, with direct reports spanning product, engineering, finance, and business leadership functions within the crypto division.

Prior to SoFi, Gilroy co-founded BlockFi in 2017 and served as its Chief Operating Officer. Over five years she scaled the company from inception to 850 employees, more than 650,000 funded accounts, and over $500MM in ARR. At BlockFi she held direct responsibility for Operations, Product, Engineering, Payments, Client Success, Human Resources, and Marketing. Before BlockFi, she worked at Bond Street, a small business lending startup later acquired by Goldman Sachs, where she held roles in portfolio management. Prior to that she was an analyst at Oak Hill Advisors, a fixed income asset management firm. Earlier in her career she completed a summer analyst role at BNP Paribas in Paris. Gilroy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.

Greg Hoffman is VP of Engineering, Crypto at SoFi, a position he has held since June 2025. In this role he leads engineering within SoFi's crypto vertical.

Hoffman brings over 25 years of software engineering experience, with a career concentrated in financial services and credit technology. Prior to SoFi, he served as VP of Engineering at BlockFi from March 2022 to June 2025, where his work was directly focused on crypto financial services. Before BlockFi, he was Managing Director at EY from February 2021 to March 2022, and VP of Platform Engineering and Architecture at OnDeck from April 2015 to February 2021. Earlier in his career he held a Senior Software Development Manager position at PayPal, spanning September 2008 to April 2015, and before that spent over eleven years as a Lead Software Engineer at Siemens Medical Solutions. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Onaisa Landis is Senior Director, Head of Invest Marketing at SoFi, a position she has held since May 2023. In this role she leads marketing for SoFi's invest product line. Prior to SoFi, she served as Vice President of Marketing at Octane from March 2021 to May 2023, where she built and led the marketing function covering acquisition, lifecycle, sales enablement, go-to-market, brand, PR, and communications. Before Octane, she held two successive roles at Capital One: Head of Checking Growth Marketing from November 2019 to March 2021, responsible for target audience identification, product positioning, and omni-channel acquisition marketing; and Director of Product Marketing and Customer Engagement from February 2018 to November 2019, focused on customer journey development, segmentation, and behavior-based communication across digital and physical channels. Earlier career experience includes brand management at General Mills and an internship as Associate Brand Manager at Campbell Soup Company. She holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BBA in Business Economics from the University of San Diego, and completed a Digital Marketing certification through General Assembly in October 2020. Her stated areas of practice span growth marketing, performance marketing, product marketing, customer lifecycle marketing, brand, P&L management, segmentation, and marketing analytics, accumulated over approximately 18 years in the field.

Rowy Shirk is SVP at U.S. Bank, leading Technical Portfolio and Program Management including Digital Platforms, Open Source, and Open Banking initiatives in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Simon Griffin is Business Lead, Crypto Distribution at SoFi, a position he has held since January 2026. He is focused on building SoFiUSD and is listed as a speaker at Consensus Miami 2026 in that capacity. He has over 25 years of leadership experience across investment banking and fintech, with the last eight years concentrated on digital assets, stablecoins, and blockchain technology.

Prior to SoFi, Griffin served as Chief Product Officer at BVNK from May 2024 to January 2026, having joined the firm in April 2023 as MD of Core Banking. Before BVNK, he held two roles at Silvergate Bank: Chief Business Development Officer from March 2022 to April 2023, and Head of FX and International Banking from July 2019 to March 2022. Earlier career positions included roles at RBS, Barclays Capital, HSBC Global Banking and Markets, and Chase, covering areas including trading delivery, US markets regulation, balance sheet control, and client services. He also served as an advisor at Treliant. His stated areas of expertise include product development, payments infrastructure, business development, program management, and implementation of regulatory frameworks including MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, and MiCAR.
