Billy Pham

Billy Pham is Senior Manager, Crypto Operations at Wealthsimple, a position he has held since October 2025. His work sits within the Operations department, focused on crypto. He has been with Wealthsimple since July 2019, progressing through Financial Operations Associate, Senior Associate for WS Cash and Crypto Operations, Team Lead for Crypto Operations, and Manager of Crypto Operations before reaching his current senior role.

Prior to Wealthsimple, Pham spent approximately two and a half years at Scotiabank as a Securities Reconciliation Analyst within finance and accounting, having previously completed a co-op placement there in institutional equity in 2015. Earlier experience includes a Technology Project Assistant role at Magnet.Today and IT support at The DMZ. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Technology Management from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), completed through a co-op program.
