Bryan Pascoe is Chief Executive Officer at ICMA - International Capital Market Association, a role he has held since September 2021, succeeding Martin Scheck who had led the association since 2009. ICMA is a nonprofit representing financial institutions active in the international capital market worldwide, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland.

Pascoe has 28 years of international experience in investment and corporate banking across London, Hong Kong, and Dubai. Prior to joining ICMA, he held several senior roles at HSBC, most recently as Global Head of Client Coverage in the Commercial Banking division from January 2017 to December 2019. Before that, he served as Group Treasurer and head of asset, liability and capital management from May 2015 to December 2016. His earlier career at HSBC was focused on capital markets, where he was Global Head of Debt Capital Markets from 2011 to 2015 and Global Head of Debt Syndicate from 2006 to 2010. He also held senior banking and capital markets roles at HSBC in Hong Kong from 1996 to 2005. Before joining HSBC, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley from July 1992 to December 1995, based in London and Hong Kong.
