Cameron Drinkwater is Chief Product & Operations Officer, S&P Dow Jones Indices at S&P Global, a role she has held since October 2025. In this capacity she oversees product strategy and operations for S&P Dow Jones Indices. Prior to this appointment, she served as Chief Product Officer at S&P Dow Jones Indices from March 2023 to October 2025, and before that as Chief Financial Officer of S&P Dow Jones Indices from July 2021 to February 2023.

Her broader tenure at S&P Global includes roles as Head of Corporate Strategy, S&P Global (April 2020 to July 2021) and Head of Strategy and M&A, S&P Market Intelligence (May 2019 to March 2020). Before joining S&P Global, she was Group Head of Portfolio Solutions at DMGT plc in London from March 2017 to April 2019. Earlier, she spent approximately four and a half years at Genscape, Inc., where she held the positions of Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Marketing, and prior to that Director of Strategy & Operations. Additional prior experience includes roles at Thomson Reuters, Greenhill & Co., and Infosys. She holds a B.A. in International Studies and Political Science from Yale University.

Adam Bilmes

Executive Director - Head of Digital Asset and Tokenization Sales

Adam Bilmes is Executive Director, Head of Digital Asset and Tokenization Sales at S&P Global, a position he has held since December 2025 and is based in New York. He holds the CFP® and CIMA® certifications and has approximately 21 years of experience in financial services sales and relationship management.

Prior to joining S&P Global, Bilmes spent three years at Franklin Templeton across two roles. From June 2024 to September 2025, he served as VP, Business Development Lead for the Americas within Franklin's Innovation Research, Strategies and Technology group, where he led business development and partnerships across NeoBanks, brokers, fintechs, wealthtech platforms, and payment platforms in the Americas, with a focus on digital assets and blockchain. He led the go-to-market strategy for Franklin's first tokenized money market fund, BENJI, targeting institutions, crypto firms, and direct-to-consumer platforms, and managed multi-billion dollar opportunities through non-traditional distribution channels. From April 2022 to May 2024, he held the role of VP, Digital Strategy and Wealth Management, focusing on distribution of Franklin's Goals Optimization Engine—an AI and dynamic programming-based managed account solution offered via APIs to 401k record keepers, broker-dealers, and RIAs—alongside sales of mutual funds, ETFs, model portfolios, and alternatives in fintech and neobank channels.

Andrew O'Neill

Managing Director, Analytical Lead on Digital Assets

Andrew O'Neill is Managing Director, Analytical Lead on Digital Assets at S&P Global Ratings, based in London. He has held the Analytical Lead on Digital Assets designation since April 2024, having been promoted to Managing Director in October 2023. Prior to assuming the digital assets mandate, he served as Senior Director at S&P Global from August 2015 to October 2023. His earlier analytical work at the firm focused on covered bonds, with lead analyst responsibilities across France, Belgium, the UK, and Ireland.

Before joining S&P Global, O'Neill was an analyst at J.P. Morgan from January 2008 to January 2009. Earlier in his career, he completed a one-year internship at Rolls-Royce in Dahlewitz, Germany. He holds a First Class Honours Master's degree in Engineering from the University of Bath, where he studied from 2003 to 2008. His total professional experience spans approximately 19 years.

Charles Jansen

Chief Technology Officer

Charles Jansen is Managing Director, Digital Assets, DeFi & Tokenization at S&P Global, currently serving as Head of DeFi Transformation within S&P Global Ratings, a position he has held since June 2024. In March 2026, he represented S&P Global at a breakfast event during EthCC in Cannes, organised by The Big Whale in partnership with DFNS, Bitwise, Zama, Apollo, and Native, focused on how institutions are approaching on-chain finance.

Jansen has been at S&P Global since April 2012, accumulating over 14 years at the firm across a series of progressively senior roles. Prior to his current position, he served as Senior Director and Head of DeFi Transformation from April 2022 to June 2024. Before moving into DeFi, he led Cognitive Automation within S&P Global's Chief Data Office and later within S&P Global Market Intelligence, where he built and managed a global team of 58 automation specialists, data scientists, machine learning engineers, cloud engineers, and project managers across India, the Philippines, Pakistan, the US, and Latin America. That team delivered automation of the Ownership, Estimates, Financial, Transaction, and Translation groups at S&P Global Market Intelligence. He also evaluated and selected data extraction machine learning vendors for partnerships and acquisitions during that period. Earlier roles at the firm focused on research and automation within Capital IQ. Before joining S&P Global, he worked independently as a developer from 2009 to 2012, working in C, PHP, Python, SQL, and HTML5/CSS3.

Chuck Mounts

Chief DeFi Officer

Chuck Mounts is Chief DeFi Officer at S&P Global Ratings, a position he has held since March 2022. In this role he leads the DeFi strategy team, advancing S&P Global Ratings' approach and capabilities in the decentralized finance environment. The team focuses on bringing S&P Global's analytic and risk assessment capabilities to both traditional institutional clients and crypto-native DeFi clients.

Mounts has over 30 years of experience in global financial markets. He began his career as a multi-national bank examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York from 1990 to 1993, then moved into credit research roles at Merrill Lynch, UBS, and Goldman Sachs. At UBS Investment Bank he served as Global Head of Fixed Income, Currency and Commodity Research. He subsequently joined Knight Capital Group as Managing Director and Head of Fixed Income Research and Global Financials Analyst. From 2013 to 2015, he was CEO and founding partner of Bija Capital Management LLC. He rejoined S&P Global in 2015, serving as Global Head of Research and Design and Index Investment Strategy, then as Chief Index Officer at S&P Dow Jones Indices until 2020, before moving into a Senior Research Fellow role focused on DeFi Ratings prior to his current appointment. He also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Algomi from 2017 to 2020. He has served as Chairman of the Bond Market Association's Committee on Research Conflicts. Mounts holds a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College and a master's in public policy from Harvard University.

Michael Orzano

Head of Exchange Products & Digital Assets

Michael Orzano, CFA, is Head of Exchange Products and Digital Assets at S&P Dow Jones Indices, responsible for product strategy and development for S&P DJI exchange-partnered indices, including the S&P/ASX Indices, S&P/TSX Indices, and the Cboe Volatility Index (VIX), along with exchange-traded derivative solutions based on S&P DJI indices. His team works with exchange partners to ensure product offerings meet market needs and to cultivate liquidity around S&P DJI benchmarks. His team also oversees S&P DJI's digital asset products, including the S&P Cryptocurrency Indices and the firm's tokenization initiatives.

Prior to his current role, Orzano held several positions within S&P DJI's product group, most recently as Head of Global Equity Indices, where he led product management of S&P DJI's global equity and real estate indices. Before joining S&P DJI, he was a research analyst at Endurance Capital, a New York-based private equity firm, where he evaluated investments in banks and other financial institutions. He also worked as an investment performance analyst at Cambridge Associates. Orzano holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Georgetown University and is a CFA charterholder and a member of the New York CFA Society.

Michal Selbka

Michal Selbka is Director, DeFi, Digital Assets & Tokenization North America at S&P Global Ratings, based in New York. Sherifa Issifu is Associate Director, Global Exchanges, Tokenization Crypto, Digital Assets Indices, Product at S&P Global, based in London. She also held a brief role as Senior Associate in Index Investment Strategy from April to July 2022, conducting research and commentary across S&P Dow Jones Indices' full product set — spanning real estate, global equities, commodities, fixed income, ESG, and economic indices — and representing S&P Dow Jones Indices to global media. She also publishes the S&P DJI Weekly Index Strategy newsletter on LinkedIn. Her educational background includes an undergraduate degree and a postgraduate master's degree, the latter completed part-time while working, with a graduation ceremony held at Barbican Centre.
