Carolin Eisenblätter

Carolin Eisenblätter is Product Owner for Mobile Payment Card Tokenization at ING Deutschland, a position she has held since August 2025. Her current mandate centres on mobile payment card tokenization, placing her directly within the intersection of card products and digital payment infrastructure.

Prior to this role, she served as Product Manager Cards (Customer Journey Expert) at ING Deutschland from September 2023 to July 2025. Before joining ING, she spent over eight years at TARGOBANK in Düsseldorf, progressing from a dual-study project management position in credit card product management (August 2015) through to Project Manager for Debit Card Payment Innovation (March 2022 to August 2023). Her educational background includes a Master of Science in Business Consulting and Digital Management from FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie und Management, completed with a grade of 1.5 (Sehr gut), and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Mercer University, where she also completed coursework in Innovation Management.
