Christian Kaczmarczyk

Christian Kaczmarczyk is Principal – Crypto at Third Prime, a New York and Nashville-based early-stage venture capital firm, a role he has held since April 2021. His work at Third Prime is focused on crypto and digital assets, spanning deal sourcing, due diligence, investment execution, and board-level portfolio engagement. He holds board seats at several Third Prime portfolio companies, including Yellow Card, Januar, Acctual, Limited, Valr, Boardroom, Edgevana, and Parfin, among others. Additional portfolio investments he has been involved with include Halborn, Immunefi, Chaos Labs, Layer3, POAP, Yield Guild Games, and Skolem Technologies, the latter of which was acquired by Talos.

Outside Third Prime, Kaczmarczyk serves as a Board Member at Universal Digital Inc., a role he began in April 2025, and holds a board position at the Wisconsin School of Business, which he joined in August 2023. His prior professional background includes roles at BlockFi, Bison Trails, and FalconX. He studied at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
