Christophe Mary

Christophe Mary is Conseiller Principal, Stratégies d'Affaires – Innovation et Centre d'Expertise en Crypto-actifs at Desjardins, a position he has held since July 2022. In this role, he supports employees and member-clients in financial education related to crypto-assets.

Prior to this position, Mary spent over seven years at Desjardins as Principal Advisor in IT Architecture Methodology and Practice, from February 2015 to July 2022, where he was responsible for establishing and leading the solutions architecture practice, including harmonisation of architecture views across both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. His broader background spans more than 20 years in web technologies dating to 1995, six years in iPhone mobile application architecture and development, and technology consulting work covering solution architecture, opportunity studies, and advisory roles across project cycles. He has also been involved in blockchain and cryptocurrency initiatives, including work related to Lightning Network, micro-payments, and related projects. He serves as treasurer and member of ARTMHIS, a non-profit association focused on the revival of historical monuments.
