Jonathan Steinberg is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of WisdomTree, a position he has held since founding the company in October 1988. He is responsible for the creation and development of WisdomTree's proprietary index methodology and is a frequent speaker at conferences on topics related to digital assets and blockchain-enabled finance, with appearances on CNBC, Bloomberg, and Fox Business. Under his leadership, WisdomTree has developed blockchain-enabled mutual funds, tokenized assets, and WisdomTree Prime, a blockchain-native digital wallet, as well as WisdomTree Connect, an institutional platform designed to offer access to tokenized real-world assets.

Prior to founding WisdomTree, Steinberg worked as an analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. from 1986 to 1988. He also served as Editor-in-Chief of Individual Investor and Ticker, two magazines formerly published by WisdomTree, and is the author of Midas Investing, published by Times Books in 1996. Since May 2022, he has served on the Board of Directors of Fnality International Limited, a financial technology firm based in the United Kingdom. He received the EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2015 New York Award, the ETF.com Lifetime Achievement Award for 2015, and was named Chief Executive Officer of the Year at the 2025 Wealth Management Industry Awards. He attended The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Maredith Hannon is Head of Business Development, Digital Assets at WisdomTree, a position she has held since January 2024. She was named to INvolve's 2024 Heroes Future Leaders Role Model List, supported by YouTube, which recognises women future leaders in business. She is also a member of WisdomTree's employee-led Women's Initiative Network (WIN).

Prior to her current role, Hannon served as Director of Business Development, Digital Assets at WisdomTree Asset Management from May 2022 to January 2024. Before joining WisdomTree, she was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley from November 2018 to May 2022, where she served as Head of Business Development for the Outsourced Chief Investment Office (OCIO). Earlier, she held multiple roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch between 2011 and 2018, progressing from Summer Analyst to Director, including serving as Head of Business Strategy and Management for Institutional Retirement and Personal Wealth Solutions. Hannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, Spanish, and Business from Georgetown University, where she studied from 2008 to 2012. She also undertook study at Trinity College Dublin and Universitat Pompeu Fabra in 2010.

Will Peck is Head of Digital Assets at WisdomTree, a position he has held since October 2021. In this role, he oversees WisdomTree's crypto, stablecoin, and real-world asset tokenization initiatives. These include WisdomTree Prime, a direct-to-retail app built on blockchain rails, and WisdomTree Connect, a platform designed to offer institutional access to WisdomTree's tokenized real-world assets. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Securrency, Inc., a technology company focused on blockchain-based financial services infrastructure.

Prior to his current role, Peck served as Head of Strategy and Emerging Technologies at WisdomTree from August 2014 to October 2021, where he was responsible for corporate development and strategic initiatives including investments in emerging technologies. Within that period, from September 2014 to January 2020, he held positions on the Strategy team including Senior Analyst, Senior Associate, and Director. Before joining WisdomTree, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from July 2012 to July 2014, covering financial services companies in the Financial Institutions Group. He holds an A.B. in Government, cum laude, from Harvard University, with a secondary field in Economics.
