Dr. Mara Hartsperger is Head of Crypto Services at Baader Bank AG, a position she has held since September 2015. In this role, she focuses on strategy, business development, and digital assets, with particular emphasis on blockchain technology and partnership management across business lines.

Prior to her current role, Dr. Hartsperger served as Director and Associate Director of Business Development at Baader Bank AG. Before joining the bank, she was Chief Operating Officer at Clueda AG, where she led interdisciplinary teams working on big data and artificial intelligence. Her academic background includes a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, and she holds certifications in DLT and Blockchain Management. She has received the Best in Big Data Award from COMPUTERWOCHE.
