Christopher Perkins is Head of Franklin Crypto, the active digital asset management division Franklin Templeton launched in June 2026 following its acquisition of 250 Digital Asset Management, which he led as CEO. Before 250 Digital, he was Managing Partner and President of CoinFund. Earlier, he was Global Co-Head of Futures, Clearing and FX Prime Brokerage at Citi and US Head of Derivatives Intermediation at Lehman Brothers. He co-invented the Composite Ether Staking Rate (CESR) benchmark and sits on the CFTC's Global Markets Advisory Committee. A former US Marine Corps captain, he holds degrees from the US Naval Academy and Georgetown University.

Bivu Das is General Manager, Payward Services Payments at Payward, the parent company of Kraken. He joined Kraken in October 2023 as UK Managing Director, overseeing its regulatory, political and commercial relationships in the country, and has been a director of Payward Ltd and Payward Services Limited since November 2023. Before Kraken, he co-founded a crypto start-up offering a payment gateway between fiat and digital assets, and held a leadership role at Starling Bank during its hyper-growth phase. He began his career in financial services and technology consulting at KPMG and Deloitte, and at Barclays.

Brian Oliver is VP, RippleX Partnerships at Ripple, based in London. He joined Ripple in October 2025 to lead RippleX partnerships, working on strategic partnerships with institutional capital markets players adopting blockchain. In September 2026, he took part in a debate at Digital Assets Week London on whether institutions need 24/7 markets and atomic settlement.
