Erica Ross

Erica Ross is Core Engineering Director – Technical Program Management Crypto at Tower Research Capital, based in Singapore, a position she has held since February 2026. In this role and the preceding Core Engineering Manager – Technical Program Management Crypto position (January 2024 to February 2026), she leads technical program management within Tower Research Capital's crypto engineering function. Prior to that, she served as Core Engineering Manager for TPM APAC from March 2022 to August 2024, and as Team Manager for Hardware Technical Program Management from February 2020 to April 2022. She joined Tower Research Capital in February 2018 as a Senior Technical Program Manager.

Before Tower Research Capital, Ross spent approximately eleven years at Edge Technology Group (April 2007 to February 2018) as a Senior Project Manager and Account Manager, leading large-scale business and technology projects. Earlier roles include Project Manager and Senior Associate in Technology Infrastructure at Amaranth Group, Inc. Across her career, her project management scope has included disaster recovery, business continuity planning, software and data integration, technology optimization, data center and trade floor relocations, network infrastructure implementation, and global office integration. Ross holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University at Buffalo School of Management and a B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
