Head of Digital Assets
Adam Duxbury is Head of Digital Assets at Ninety One, a position he has held since November 2025. His role sits within the Product department at the London-headquartered asset manager.
Prior to joining Ninety One, Duxbury built and participated in several early-stage ventures. He was part of the founding team at Jem, a South Africa-based fintech providing HR and payroll distribution via WhatsApp, where he continues as a part-time advisor. In August 2024 he co-founded Bluetick, a WhatsApp marketing agency focused on business API, CRM, and commerce solutions for the South African market. He has also been involved in earlier startups including Granadilla, Rooftop, and Yoco, and describes his background as spanning zero-to-one startup builds and early-growth-stage companies. His stated ambition is to build a $100 million revenue business.
