Gabriel Otte

Gabriel Otte is the CEO and Co-Founder of Dinari, where he is building infrastructure for tokenized financial assets designed to meet regulatory standards across U.S. and global markets. Dinari provides API and tokens for 1:1 backed U.S. stocks, ETFs, and other financial instruments, with a focus on regulatory compatibility and scalable integration. The company has raised $32.4M across four funding rounds since its founding in 2021.

Prior to Dinari, Otte co-founded Freenome, a biotech company developing AI-driven multiomics blood tests for early cancer detection. He served first as CTO from 2014 to 2016, then as CEO from 2016 until 2021. He also serves as a Partner at Healthcare Co-op, a group that works alongside First Round Capital to advise and invest in early-stage digital health founders. Earlier in his career, he worked as a software engineer at Apple at age 17 and held an engineering role at Glyde Corporation. He studied chemistry and computational biology at Cornell University and conducted graduate research at the University of Pennsylvania. He holds a Master of Theology from the University of Balamand via the Antiochian House of Studies.
