Hortense De Touchet

Hortense de Touchet is Director, Crypto Portfolio Management Operations at Tayssir Capital, a digital assets investment company based in Geneva, Switzerland, where she has worked since June 2021. In this role, she deployed a crypto actively managed certificate (AMC), overseeing the setup of AMC infrastructure and connections with crypto exchanges, custodians, and service providers. Her responsibilities include coordinating fundraising and investor communication, establishing strategic partnerships, deploying investment strategies via quantitative and fundamental models, tracking risk, performance, liquidity, and asset pricing, scouting early-stage investment opportunities, leading market research, and managing NAV calculation, accounting, and reporting. She also serves as the primary point of contact for regulatory matters, including compliance with FINMA requirements, AML/KYC processes, and licensing.

Hortense de Touchet describes her background as a decade of experience at the intersection of digital asset management, institutional finance, and entrepreneurship, with expertise spanning asset allocation, portfolio strategy, fundraising, and blockchain infrastructure. She is currently a member of Women in Web3 Switzerland (WiW3CH), a not-for-profit association focused on advancing women in decentralized technology, which she joined in September 2025, and a member of the Crypto Valley Association, which she joined in January 2025.
