Coty de Monteverde is Global Head of Crypto & Blockchain at Banco Santander, leading the group's Blockchain Center of Excellence and its DLT initiatives since 2016. A telecom engineer (Polytechnic University of Madrid) and former Deloitte consultant with 16+ years at Santander, she is also Vice-Chairwoman of the Alastria blockchain association.

Li Zhen is Head of FX and Digital Assets within Global Financial Markets at DBS Bank in Singapore. He has led the bank's tokenization expansion since 2021, including tokenized structured notes on Ethereum, and champions AI/ML for FX pricing and trade surveillance.

Dr. Jez Mohideen is Co-Founder and CEO of Laser Digital, Nomura's digital-asset subsidiary. He was previously Nomura's Chief Digital Officer and Co-Head of Global Markets EMEA, and built systematic AI/ML trading at Brevan Howard over a 20+ year macro career. A founding member of custodian Komainu, he holds a PhD from Imperial College London.
