Berkovitz currently serves as a Lecturer in Law at Columbia University Law School, where he teaches derivatives regulation, and previously served as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University Law School and Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association Committee on Futures and Derivatives. He holds an A.B. in Physics from Princeton University and a J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco.
