Igor Istratov is Head of Digital Assets Product at Fifth Third Bank, where he oversees the design and delivery of digital-asset products. His mandate covers stablecoins, digital-asset custody, and stablecoin-based cross-border payments, with a focus on secure and compliant product delivery.

Prior to Fifth Third Bank, Istratov led the Crypto business at SoFi. He also held product and leadership roles at Digital Asset and J.P. Morgan, where he worked on scaling blockchain solutions globally. He is a speaker at Bitcoin 2026 in Las Vegas, participating in a panel titled "Banking with Bitcoin & Digital Assets Built-In," which addresses infrastructure, compliance challenges, and customer demand as traditional finance and digital assets converge.
