Jayse Sanderson

Jayse Sanderson is Chief Product Officer at Kaspa Finance, a role he has held since March 2025, based in Hong Kong. In this position, he shapes product direction, user experience, and strategic vision for a composable, high-performance DeFi infrastructure built on Kaspa's zkEVM Layer 2 frameworks. His responsibilities include working with engineering, research, and design teams to develop lending and trading systems, risk mitigation mechanisms, and automated tools aimed at capital efficiency and user security. He also collaborates across the broader Kaspa network to support the development of modular, censorship-resistant financial infrastructure.

Sanderson brings 15 years of IT industry experience and 10 years of involvement with digital assets. His work in the crypto space spans technical analysis, research, DeFi liquidity provision, and protocol testing across multiple blockchains including Solana, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Arbitrum, zkSync, and Injective, among others. He has also operated as an early adopter in metaverse and play-to-earn contexts. Separately, he serves as a technical Web3 advisor to Gemlaunch, a token launchpad built on BNB Chain, a role he has held since July 2024. His current research interests include the tokenisation of voluntary carbon credits as real-world assets and the application of protocol-owned liquidity models to sustainability-linked DeFi mechanisms.
