Jenna Wright

Jenna Wright is Managing Director, Digital Assets at LMAX Group, responsible for all strategic digital initiatives across the business. She has held this position since September 2025, having previously served as Managing Director of LMAX Digital from April 2020. In the earlier role, she led the growth of LMAX Digital from its inception in 2018 into an institutional spot cryptocurrency exchange. She joined LMAX Group in January 2009 and has held a series of senior roles across the organisation, including Head of Client Services, Head of Broker Operations, and Head of LMAX Digital.

Prior to LMAX Group, Wright worked at Cantor Spreadfair in customer services and completed an internship at UBS. She has been named one of the top 25 Women Leaders in Financial Technology of Europe by The Financial Technology Report and included in the Twenty Most Influential Women in Crypto ranking by Financial News. She holds a BA in Economics and Politics from the University of Manchester.
