Jessica Raybeck

Jessica Raybeck is Head of Digital Asset Strategy at GTS, a position she has held since September 2025. Her mandate focuses on extending the firm's market making, high-frequency, and algorithmic trading capabilities into digital assets, with specific responsibility for crypto-linked equity trading, validator operations, and liquidity provision across centralized and on-chain markets.

Prior to joining GTS, Raybeck served as Head of Trading and Sales at Shakepay from August 2024 to November 2025, where she built out OTC desk services and white-glove offerings for ultra-high-net-worth and business accounts. Before that, she held a COO role at a DeFi hedge fund from October 2022 to August 2024. Her earlier career includes two roles at BlockFi: Managing Director and Head of Hedge Funds and Market Makers, during which she developed what the firm described as the industry's first synthetic digital asset prime brokerage service; and Director, Head of Institutional Sales and Strategy, a role she held from October 2019 to November 2021, in which she launched the firm's institutional business and drove multi-billion dollar volumes in loans and trades. She holds a Certified Investment Management Analyst credential.
