Joseph Lubin

David Cunningham is Global Head of Institutional Business Development at Consensys, a position he has held since March 2026. In this role, he leads Consensys' institutional business across financial services, corporates, and financial market infrastructure, with responsibility for building global partnerships with banks, asset managers, payments providers, and market infrastructure firms, and for driving the commercialisation of digital asset and tokenisation solutions. He works directly with product and engineering teams and engages senior executives, regulators, and industry bodies to support the adoption of next-generation financial infrastructure.

Cunningham is based in Galway, Ireland, and brings 28 years of total professional experience to the role. Outside his commercial career, he co-founded the Galway City Innovation District in March 2015, a voluntary initiative undertaken alongside Galway Chamber of Commerce to establish a downtown hub for startups. The initiative led to the renovation of a former Guinness storehouse and the opening of PorterShed in April 2016, a coworking space housing up to 35 companies and 130 people. The project subsequently secured €2.5 million in government grant and sponsorship funding to develop a second building intended to accommodate up to 1,000 people.

Declan Fox is Director of Product Management at Consensys, where he serves as Product Lead for Linea, the company's Layer 2 network built on zkEVM technology. He has held the Director of Product Management title since July 2024, while his role as Product Lead for Linea dates to February 2023. In his capacity leading Linea, Fox has overseen the development of the network's token launch, including its tokenomic architecture, a native ETH yield mechanism via Lido V3 for bridged ETH deposits, an ETH burn mechanism designed to align Linea with Ethereum's Layer 1, and a consortium-led governance model. The native yield generated from staked bridged ETH is directed into a fund used to reward users who deploy liquidity on the network, including on Etherex, Linea's primary DEX.

Prior to his current role, Fox was Senior Product Manager at Consensys for Consensys Rollups from May 2022 to September 2023. Before joining Consensys, he spent nearly three years at Luther Systems in London, progressing from Product Manager to Lead Product Manager in blockchain. Earlier in his career, he co-founded What's Wellbeing, a wellness consultancy, and before that spent two years at Jaguar Land Rover as a Product Programme Manager, working on autonomous driving systems and battery electric vehicles. Fox holds a degree from Cardiff University.

Guillaume Dechaux is Managing Director at ConsenSys, specializing in Web3 and strategic business development. He is an investor with a background from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, based in France.
