Laurent Ovion

Laurent Ovion serves as Vice-Président, Membre du Conseil d'Administration at Adan (Association pour le développement des actifs numériques), elected to the role in May 2025. Adan represents Web3 actors in France and Europe, and Ovion's election was presented by the association as part of its stated objective, formalised in 2023, to open its membership to more established financial operators. He shares the vice-presidency with Mark Kepeneghian, president of fintech Kriptown.

Since December 2018, Ovion has held the position of Directeur Innovation Crypto at DLPK, a Paris-based financial services firm specialising in the distribution, management, and design of financial solutions. In that capacity, he has worked on bridging traditional and decentralised finance. A notable initiative from that period was the 2022 launch of crypto savings products in partnership with Coinhouse; those products were frozen and subsequently withdrawn from the market following the collapse of FTX. Since October 2024, he has also acted as Senior Business Advisor at Wally, a fractional real estate investment platform regulated by the AMF. He holds board-level or associate-level mandates across several additional entities, including Roundtable and Syndom XXIII, according to corporate registry data. His professional focus spans blockchain, Bitcoin, DeFi, tokenisation, and artificial intelligence. He holds an AMF certification, an INSEAD blockchain certification, and is a graduate of IÉSEG.
