Luke Tuttle is Chief Product and Technology Officer at MoneyGram, a position he was appointed to in June 2025. He first joined MoneyGram in February 2025 as Chief Technology Officer, overseeing engineering, platform operations, information security, and emerging technologies including blockchain. In the expanded CPTO role, he leads the teams responsible for building and enhancing products and technology, driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer experiences.

Tuttle has over 20 years of experience across fintech, adtech, and commerce. He has held engineering leadership and architectural roles at Klarna, Experian, and eBay. At Klarna, he launched the company's fintech products in North America, developed and launched Klarna's Retail Media Network, and led regional product development including new market launches in Switzerland and Canada. He served as President and CTO at Multichannel Consulting immediately prior to joining MoneyGram. Other roles include General Manager for North America and Trade Services at MODIFI, COO and CPO at READY Robotics—where he contributed to closing a $23 million Series B funding round—VP of Tech Strategy at Big Lots, CTO at ClearSaleing through its acquisition by GSI Commerce, and CRM Transformation Lead at BMW Financial Services. He has also held roles at Huntington National Bank and managed North American operations at CAKE. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
