Marcus Bacchi-Howard

Marcus Bacchi-Howard is Head of Digital Assets at Equals Money, appointed in February 2026. His mandate is to expand Equals Money's regulated payments and treasury capabilities to serve crypto and digital asset firms, including exchanges, market makers, funds, and fintech platforms operating at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets. He has stated his focus is on delivering compliant, scalable Banking-as-a-Service solutions tailored to these client segments.

Prior to joining Equals Money, Bacchi-Howard served as Head of Sales and Managing Director at One Trading for eleven months, followed by a period as a business development consultant at NewQube Capital. Earlier roles in digital assets include institutional sales positions at Gemini and Binance. His background in traditional finance includes more than seven years in prime brokerage client services at Morgan Stanley, over ten years as a Delta 1 Trader at ED&F Man, and a ten-month tenure as a Delta 1 Trader at MF Global. He also served as Director of Institutional Sales at BEQUANT and as COO at Helix Securities. His career in financial services spans more than two decades, with the majority of roles based in London.
