Natasha Deloge

Natasha Deloge is Head of Innovation at the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), the Luxembourg public institution responsible for supervising the professionals and products of the financial sector. In this role, which she has held since 2020, she leads the Innovation Hub of the CSSF. She also serves concurrently as Deputy Head of the Innovation, Payments, Markets Infrastructures and Governance Department, a position she has held since 2015. She participates in the CSSF's internal group on sustainable finance.

Her areas of expertise include payment services, consumer protection, financial technologies, and innovation. She has represented the CSSF at speaking engagements covering digital finance regulation, DORA, tokenised investment funds, crypto-assets, and AI use cases in investment management. She has also participated in roundtable discussions on tokenised money and cross-border regulatory interoperability alongside representatives from the Bank of England, Bank of Japan, BIS, HSBC, and J.P. Morgan, among others. Deloge joined the CSSF in 2002, initially working in the legal department as a jurist. She holds a master's degree in private law with a specialisation in business law from the University Robert Schuman in Strasbourg. She has full professional proficiency in French, German, and English, and is a native speaker of Luxembourgish.
