Head of Crypto - Product Lead
Pierce Harger is Head of Crypto – Product Lead at OnePay, a position he has held since January 2026. In this role he leads the crypto product function at OnePay, a fintech financial services company. Product Counsel - Invest and Crypto Lead
Priya Hoopes is Product Counsel at OnePay, a fintech backed by Walmart and Ribbit Capital, where she has held the role since May 2024. Her internal mandate includes serving as Invest and Crypto Lead, giving her direct ownership of investment and crypto product legal coverage within the company.
Hoopes brings over 15 years of legal experience in financial services, with a focus on product counseling, compliance, regulatory affairs, privacy, digital advertising, and commercial law. Prior to OnePay, she spent nearly seven years at Stash, a fintech headquartered in New York, progressing from Product Compliance Counsel to Sr. Director, Assistant General Counsel. Her work there spanned product regulatory counsel and senior legal leadership. Before Stash, she held compliance roles at Goldman Sachs from October 2012 to September 2017, covering positions as Compliance Counsel and Compliance Associate. Earlier in her career, she completed a summer associateship at Perry, Krumsiek & Jack LLP in 2011. Her educational background includes the University of Baltimore School of Law, as noted in her existing biography.
