Olivier Vigna is CEO of Paris Europlace, appointed to the role by the Board of Directors on 10 December 2025 with effect from 1 January 2026. In this capacity, he promotes France's attractiveness as a financial centre and contributes to economic, financial, and regulatory debates on European and French topics through publications, working groups, and engagement with policymakers, investors, corporates, and media. Paris Europlace is a nonprofit association bringing together more than 600 participants in the Paris financial centre.

Vigna served as Deputy CEO of Paris Europlace from March 2021 to January 2026, where he focused on enhancing the attractiveness and regulatory competitiveness of the Paris financial centre through reports, position papers, and coordination of working groups and events. Prior to joining Paris Europlace, he was Chief Economist at HSBC Continental Europe from 2016 to 2021, covering economic, financial, and risk research across France, Europe, and global markets. He previously held the role of chief economist at the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) from 2012 and at Agence France Trésor from 2015. Earlier in his career, he held several positions at the Bank of France, including within the General Secretariat of the Banking Commission, the General Inspectorate, and as head of department in macroeconomic forecasting and crisis management. He has taught macroeconomics and economic outlook assessment at Sciences Po Paris since 1998. He is a graduate of ENS Paris-Saclay and Sciences Po.
