Anthony Katsingris is Managing Director, Digital Asset Strategy Team (DAST) Project Management Office at TD Securities, a role he has held since June 2025. In this capacity, he works within DAST, which is evaluating the role of digital assets — including tokenized deposits, stablecoins, and other tokenized assets — by engaging with clients, peers, industry vendors, and regulators to develop perspectives grounded in real use cases and client needs.

Prior to joining DAST, Katsingris served as Managing Director and Head of the TD Cowen Integration Management Office from August 2022 to November 2025, reporting directly to the TD Securities COO. He was appointed to establish and manage the Integration Management Office overseeing the acquisition of Cowen Inc., a program covering integration and divestiture activities across all Cowen subsidiaries, with primary focus on integrating the Investment Banking, Research, and Global Markets business lines into TD Securities. The program spanned 1,700 global employees. Before that, he held the role of Managing Director, Institutional Equities Prime Brokerage at TD Securities from January 2017 to August 2022, covering TD Securities (USA), LLC and TD Prime Services LLC, formerly Albert Fried & Company LLC. Earlier in his career, Katsingris spent over 25 years at Albert Fried & Company, where he served as Member, COO, and CCO through January 2017. He holds an MBA in Investment Management from Pace University – Lubin School of Business.

Elizabeth St-Onge is Managing Director, Head of Digital Assets Product and Strategy, Investment Banking at TD Securities, leading a function focused on advancing TD's digital assets agenda across three areas: client management and business development, thought leadership and strategy, and leadership of key enterprise initiatives and product development. Her remit includes consortia participation, industry engagement, research, and partnerships in digital assets. She previously held the role of Head of Product Management for Global Transaction Banking at TD, where she drove strategy and product delivery across client segments and geographies, and separately served as Head of Client Innovation and Advisory for Transaction Banking, leading client advisory boards and innovation programs that informed product strategy and addressed client priorities.

Prior to TD, St-Onge held leadership positions at Citibank, Oliver Wyman, Treasury Strategies, and Selkirk Financial Technologies. Her career spans over 20 years across corporate banking, transaction banking, and payments, with experience across the full business delivery lifecycle including sales, product management, client service, operations, and technology. She serves on the Advisory Board of Women in Payments USA and on the Advisory Board of American Banker ON-CHAIN, which focuses on tokenized finance and digital asset infrastructure. She is a published author and public speaker on innovation, culture, and diversity in financial services.
