Oya Celiktemur is Sales Director EMEA at Ondo Finance, a role she has held since September 2024. At Ondo, her work spans tokenized treasuries, tokenized stocks, and ETFs. She has spoken publicly on the institutional adoption of tokenized equities, including at The Big Whale's Future of Finance event in April 2026 and Paris Blockchain Week 2026, where she addressed the progression from tokenized Treasuries to tokenized stocks and ETFs, and the next phase of derivatives including perpetuals.

Before joining Ondo, Celiktemur was Sales Director at Jacobi Asset Management, where she was part of the core team involved in launching Europe's first Bitcoin ETF. Prior to that, she held a Business Development Director role at Copper, an institutional crypto custodian. Her background in traditional finance spans 15 years, beginning at Lehman Brothers in Structured Credit Derivatives, followed by Prime Brokerage roles at Jefferies and subsequently Morgan Stanley. She holds a BA in Mathematics from Cornell University and an MSc in Applied Mathematics from the London School of Economics, where her dissertation focused on cryptography.

Brendan Florez

Managing Director

Brendan Florez is Managing Director of Client Relations and Strategic Operations at Ondo Finance, an institutional-grade on-chain financial services firm backed by Founder's Fund, Pantera, and Tiger Global. He has held the role since March 2022. Ondo Finance provides on-chain financial services and has raised $34.0M across three funding rounds.

Prior to Ondo, Florez served as Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Operations at Centinel Management, an ESG-focused private-equity and venture incubation firm for a Missouri-based family office, from January 2021 to January 2022. He has also served as a Venture Partner at Purpose Built Ventures, a venture studio focused on fintech, upskilling, and the future of work, since December 2021. Earlier in his career, he held roles as Senior Relationship Manager at Bridgewater Associates, Founder and CEO of Base Capital, and President and COO of Polyera. He co-founded Stella Talent in May 2022, a talent services company, departing in February 2023. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University.

Ian De Bode

President

Ian De Bode is President and Chief Strategy Officer at Ondo Finance, an institutional-grade on-chain financial services firm. He has held the Chief Strategy Officer role since March 2024 and was appointed President in November 2025. In his capacity as CSO, he brings nearly a decade of experience working with executives at traditional financial services institutions on digital assets strategy and product development.

Prior to joining Ondo Finance, De Bode spent approximately eight and a half years at McKinsey & Company, where he served as Partner and Head of Digital Assets. In that role he led McKinsey's digital assets practice, advising clients across banks, payment companies, exchanges, capital markets infrastructure providers, investment funds, and crypto firms on strategy and product launches in digital assets and blockchain. Before McKinsey, he worked as a Product Development Manager at Umicore from 2010 to 2013. De Bode holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and an M.Sc. in NanoScience and Nanotechnology from the University of Leuven, a postgraduate qualification in Corporate Finance from KU Leuven (2011–2012), and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business (2013–2015), where he focused on general management, entrepreneurship, and private equity and served as elected Vice-President of both the Venture Capital Club and the Europe Club.

Mark Janoff

General Counsel

Mark Janoff is General Counsel at Ondo Finance, a position he has held since January 2024. He has participated in public regulatory discussions on behalf of the firm, including a conversation with SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce at CoinDesk's Policy & Regulation event in Washington D.C., focused on the regulatory landscape shaping crypto.

Prior to joining Ondo Finance, Janoff served as Blockchain/Crypto Counsel at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP from 2021 to 2024, where his practice was dedicated to blockchain-related legal work. He became involved in blockchain during DeFi summer. Before that, he was Chief Business Officer and General Counsel at Brava Home Inc. from 2016 to 2021, and earlier served as an attorney in the Technology Companies Group at Orrick from 2013 to 2016. He began his career as Assistant Technical Staff in the Air and Missile Defense Systems division at MIT Lincoln Laboratory from 2004 to 2008, working as an engineer before transitioning to law. His initial legal focus was on transactions for high-growth technology companies. He holds a J.D. and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, an MPhil in the History and Philosophy of Science from the University of Cambridge, and a B.A. in Philosophy and Astrophysics from Swarthmore College.

Nathan Allman

CEO & Founder

Nathan Allman is the Founder and CEO of Ondo Finance, a blockchain technology company building platforms, assets, and infrastructure to bring financial markets onchain. He founded Ondo in 2021 with the goal of tokenizing real-world assets, including on-chain financial instruments such as U.S. treasuries and corporate bonds, to broaden access to DeFi yields and serve users with different risk preferences.

Prior to founding Ondo, Allman worked at Goldman Sachs on the Digital Assets team from 2019 to 2021, where he focused on creating cryptocurrency market services for institutional investors, using blockchain infrastructure to decentralize traditional securities issuance and trading, and strategic investing. Before Goldman Sachs, he was a Partner at ChainStreet Capital, a quantitative cryptocurrency hedge fund focused on algorithmic event-driven trading, from 2017 to 2019. Earlier in his career, he worked as an Associate at Prospect Capital Management, where he managed the portfolio for Prospect Yield Fund, a hedge fund investing in publicly-traded business development companies. Allman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Biology from Brown University.

Peter Curley

Peter Curley is Head of Global Regulatory Affairs at Ondo Finance, where he leads the company's engagement with regulators and policymakers on tokenized securities.
