Pascal Gmuer

Leonid Bashlykov is Head of Product, Crypto Exchange at Revolut, a position he has held since November 2022. He leads the product organisation behind Revolut's crypto exchange and trading offering, including the launch of Revolut X, the group's standalone trading platform, and of 1:1 conversions between US dollars and the USDC and USDT stablecoins.

His remit covers the build-out of Revolut's crypto product line as the group adapts it to the European MiCA framework. Before joining Revolut, Bashlykov was Head of Product at Uchi.ru, an EdTech group in the CIS region, where he ran international launches in India, Indonesia, Vietnam and Brazil. Earlier in his career he was Chief Executive Officer of DinoLab and worked in early-stage deep-tech investment at Phystech Ventures. He studied at Lomonosov Moscow State University and is based in London.
