Patricio Ibarra

Patricio Ibarra is Principal Product Manager - Crypto at dLocal, a role he has held since January 2026, based in Barcelona, Spain. dLocal operates as a global payments partner providing payin, payout, and invoice collection solutions for enterprises in emerging markets.

Ibarra brings over 15 years of product experience across banking, fintech, and crypto. Prior to dLocal, he served as CPO at Orionx, a crypto exchange operating in LATAM, and as CPO at SigneBlock, where he led blockchain and digital identity platforms across EMEA and LATAM. He was Senior Product Manager at LunarCrush, a crypto market intelligence platform, where he led wallet integrations, tokenomics, and staking systems. Earlier, he was Head of Product at SB Pay, a fintech payments and credit application that scaled to 700,000 users, and Product Owner at Banco BCI in Chile, where he led open banking, digital onboarding, and digital investment platforms, and contributed to early-stage growth initiatives for MACH, a challenger banking product. He holds a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) credential from Scrum Alliance and Kleer Academy, and has completed product and growth programmes at Reforge and IDEO U. He is a certified Business Mentor at Madrid+D and is part of the UC Mentors Network. He graduated with honors in the top 1% of his class at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, where he was elected President of the Student Council.
