Edouard Belliard is Directeur du développement et de la distribution des cryptoactifs at Banque Delubac & Cie, a role he has held since May 2025. His mandate covers the development and distribution of the bank's crypto offering across private clients, wealth management professionals (CGP/CIF), and institutional investors. The stated scope of that offering includes secure custody and discretionary management mandates, with additional solutions described as forthcoming.

Prior to joining Delubac, Belliard spent nearly three years at Meria, a crypto-native investment management firm, as Directeur Distribution Partenariats, where he structured and led commercial distribution to CGP, CIF, and asset management firms. Before Meria, he worked at Oddo BHF, where he began his career in 2015 as a private banker, and subsequently held positions at Axa Wealth and UBS managing high-net-worth client portfolios. He holds a Master in International Wealth Management from ESCP Business School and a diploma in finance and asset management from IPAG Business School.

Eron Angjele is Head of Crypto Assets Mandates Management at Banque Delubac & Cie, a position he has held since September 2025. In this role, he is responsible for the structuring and implementation of crypto asset mandate management, as well as the direct management of those mandates, within the bank's General Management department.

Prior to joining Banque Delubac & Cie, Angjele spent over two years at CACEIS as Senior Expert in Digital Assets, where he worked on designing and developing a digital assets custody offer. Before that, he held C-level positions at Arquant Capital, an AMF-regulated asset management firm providing investment solutions in cryptocurrencies, serving as both Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer between 2020 and 2023. He was also co-founder of Hemera Systems from January 2020 to February 2023.
