Pedro Sandoval

Pedro Sandoval is Director of Blockchain & Digital Assets at RSM Spain, a position he has held since August 2025. In this role, he leads the strategy and development of solutions across crypto assets, tokenisation, Web3, DeFi, and digital transformation, working with mid-market companies and the public sector. His stated remit spans blockchain and Web3 consulting—including tokenomics models, smart contracts, and DAOs—asset tokenisation covering real estate and financial assets, digital transformation encompassing digital identity and data governance, and crypto and DeFi advisory including risk management and executive training.

Prior to joining RSM Spain, Sandoval served as Tokenomics Advisor at Brickken from September 2024 to September 2025, where he designed tokenised economies across sectors including agriculture, real estate, finance, and technology. His work there included modelling utility, distribution, governance, and incentive mechanisms for utility tokens, advising projects in pre-tokenisation phases, and coordinating with legal and technical teams on regulatory compliance. His broader professional background includes strategic consulting, business development, asset structuring, and investor relations across international environments. He holds an EMBA from ESADE and is a Venezuelan economist based in Barcelona.
