Raphael Neuberger

Raphael Neuberger is COO and CFO at Cashlink, a Frankfurt-based provider of infrastructure for tokenized assets operating under the German electronic securities law (eWpG). He took up the dual role on 1 February 2026. His mandate covers partner and customer success, finance, people operations, strategic planning, and governance. Cashlink's platform supports the issuance, distribution, registration, and servicing of tokenized assets on a regulatory-compliant basis.

Prior to joining Cashlink, Neuberger served as Head of Digital Assets at V-Bank AG from March 2022 to October 2025, where he focused on building regulated digital asset infrastructure and bridging traditional banking frameworks with digital asset solutions. Before that, he was a Project Manager at Roland Berger from March 2020 to March 2022, advising financial institutions on transformation, governance, and growth. He spent the preceding eight years at zeb consulting, reaching Manager level. His total professional experience spans approximately 16 years. Neuberger succeeds Dorette Daume, who held the operational and financial leadership role before him.
