Rob Hadick is a General Partner at Dragonfly, a global crypto investment fund, based in New York. He joined the firm in November 2022 and focuses on investing in crypto infrastructure, fintech, and consumer applications, with portfolio involvement in projects including Avalanche, Compound, and Matter Labs. He also serves as a Member of the Digital Asset Markets Subcommittee at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, a position he has held since December 2025. Additional current roles include Advisory Board Chairman at StablecoinX and board positions at Inversion and Conduit.

Before joining Dragonfly, Hadick held a Director role at GoldenTree Asset Management from July 2021 to May 2022, where he focused on private investments and digital assets, helping develop the firm's crypto investment strategy. Prior to that, he worked at PJT Partners in New York as an Investment Banking Analyst, where he worked on mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings. He began his career as a summer analyst at Goldman Sachs in 2016. He holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance between 2013 and 2017. He also participated in a summer program at the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2015.
