Robert Steinkrauss

Robert Steinkrauss is Managing Director, M&A and Co-Head of Cryptocurrency & Blockchain Practice at Needham & Company, a position he has held since January 2019. Based in the Greater Boston Area, he operates within the firm's M&A advisory group and holds explicit co-leadership responsibility for the cryptocurrency and blockchain practice.

Prior to joining Needham, Steinkrauss spent one year as Senior Director of Corporate Business Development at Fidelity Investments in Boston. Before that, he held Corporate Development roles at Dell Technologies Capital and Dell EMC from 2012 to 2018, based in Hopkinton, MA. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President and Finance Associate at Fusion Media Group in Wenham, MA, where his responsibilities included maintaining financial models and developing consolidated financial statements across multiple projects. His career spans approximately 16 years in finance and corporate development roles.
