Ruben Sahakyan

Ruben Sahakyan is a Managing Director at KBW (Keefe, Bruyette & Woods), based in New York, within the firm's Fintech & Financial Services Investment Banking Group. He co-leads KBW's investment banking efforts across the Digital Assets and Infrastructure landscape, covering cryptocurrency platforms, blockchain-enabled financial services, and infrastructure providers supporting the digital economy.

Sahakyan has over 15 years of experience in financial services and investment banking, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, public and private capital markets transactions, and strategic advisory. He has advised clients ranging from emerging growth companies to established institutions. Prior to joining KBW in March 2017, he held roles at TD Bank spanning risk management and asset management, including portfolio management research with responsibility for institutional client portfolios. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and is a CFA charterholder.
