Rukhsar Salmani

Rukhsar Salmani is Lead - Distributor Digital Assets at Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund (ABSLMF), a position she has held since April 2023. In this role she leads distributor servicing covering both technical and non-technical support for digital assets, and is involved in the development of new features and the enhancement of existing ones with the stated objective of increasing ease of use and driving business from digital transactions.

Salmani's career spans approximately 10 years in financial services and related sectors. Prior to joining ABSLMF, she served as Sales Account Manager at InvestWell from December 2021 to April 2023, a firm that provides mutual fund software for distributors, IFAs, and RIAs. Before that she held a Senior Sales Manager position at Vijya Iprism Infotech from February 2020 to December 2021, and a Relationship Manager role at OFA FIINFRA from March 2017 to January 2020. She began her career in the mutual fund industry in a sales capacity, where she describes working across the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, which she credits with building her knowledge of industry requirements and client interaction.
