Sahil Goswami

Sahil Goswami is President, Fintech Banking & Digital Assets at Dart Bank, a position he has held since June 2025. In this role he leads the bank's fintech division across all verticals, including crypto, stablecoins, and AI, and manages the fintech profit and loss with responsibility for all revenue growth. Dart Bank serves as a primary US banking partner to Kraken and OKX US. He previously held the title of SVP, Head of Digital Assets & AI at Dart Bank from June 2024 to May 2025, when he was appointed to expand the bank's presence across fintech verticals including digital assets, gaming, banking-as-a-service, and payments platforms.

Before joining Dart Bank, Goswami served as SVP, Head of Fintech Strategy at MVB Bank from May 2023 to March 2024, having previously held the role of SVP, Head of Crypto & Web3 at the same institution from January 2022. He also advises blockchain and crypto initiatives across payments, asset management, and banking through Chambers Street Partners, and serves as a board member at Thaw Digital, a blockchain services company based in Oakland, California. Earlier in his career he held roles at TIAA, New York Life Investments, and New York Life Ventures, and began his career as a mortgage analyst working on fintech and crypto initiatives. He holds a Bachelor's in Economics from Emory University and is pursuing an Executive MBA at Columbia University.
